Crossfire tank reg, bare air tanks?

Howdy folks,

I have an older (2003?) Crossfire high pressure tank reg on an expired 68 ci tank.

1) Is the Crossfire reg worth the time to swap to a new tank? Is it able to be serviced? I remember this one being nice and consistent back in the day, and I'd rather keep it in service as more tanks are more better.

2) Who is offering new HPA tanks sans regulator? I have 77's and 90's. Feelin' like a 114/4500 for the hell of it.

They can be serviced. Is it worth it, that is up to you. the tops are loctited to the bases. The reg seat i want to say are delrin squares and there are only a few orings inside.
I used to only use crossfire regs and a few years ago i switched to power house regs and never looked back. very similar performance but with more features. replaceable bonnets, adjustable tank position. stainless threads and great performance. I now own 6-7 PH regs.

When I was in college, Crossfire was across town. This reg never gave me any trouble. All my others are Ninja tanks. I don't mind tinkering, so I'll rip it open it open and take a look around.

Now, to find a bottle...
