Paintball Dreams

It's about time I recreate this thread on the new MCB. I have paintball related dreams all the time. One reoccurring theme that probably stems from the deep rooted desire, is being in a sporting goods or big box store and coming across an aisle full of mint OG gear for super cheap. Then I wake up and want to cry. I'm lucky (or unfortunate) enough to experience super vivid dreams where I often can consciously control the situation.

Then I have the playing dreams. Some are cool, but some are really weird where the trigger is super hard to pull or paintballs are Skittle shaped and won't fly straight. The one I just had was cool and something that could only happen in my dreams: airball field, I dive into the snake and crawl up, wrap around behind the opposing team and I'm using an electro and blast everyone.

I've often dreamt about paintball but I'm never actually playing.

It's always a dream where I stumble across people playing paintball somewhere unusual, like my neighborhood or local mall, and I'm invited to join in, and I'm super-excited to paly, but the entirety of the dream is me struggling to get my gear together in time and be up and running before the games are over.

I have dreams about having cool gear I don't own. Sometimes I'll double check when I wake up.

I have this same dream far too often. I wake up in a panic and check all my gear is cleaned and in working order the next day.

I have these exact dreams every so often!

Another common theme is that a game will start and then I realize that I don’t have a mask on. Start freaking out trying to get off the field, but no one seems to care and I have trouble leaving the field.

I haven't had one in quite some time, but I used to get them fairly regularly. Back when I was gun whoring, I had a dream where I found an Ion at a museum gift shop. It was completely stock, but I remember saying "I wonder if this has a bolt out back body," I turned the gun over and it was haha.I was sad when I woke up cuz I was going to flip for a good amount of money.

Much more regularly, I would have dreams where I would be playing. It was always about like playing a Greg Hastings Paintball video game, where I walked on the field, and would get 4-5 kills super easily. Just walking streams of paint onto people.

I sometimes have one about being in the staging area and I can’t get my gear to work. That also happens in real life though.

I also sometimes have ones about finding cool gear at goodwill or on Craigslist. It’s usually a clear flex

Oh snap, I thought you were asking what our dreams/aspirations in the game were. Of which I have more than a few.

But I don't have paintball dreams. I seem to remember having exactly one, and I can't remember what it was about. It was maybe back in the late 2000s.
