Seen at my local Walmart. Are they still making Spyder brand paintballs or are they just really old?

I'm also curious about the Draxxus, I've seen that at Walmart as well and it's a brand I recognize as not being "bad" in my head, but could be wrong.
Edit: some of these reviews have me more curious now https://www.walmart.com/ip/Draxxus-C...Fill/111913498

I opened up a box of the draxxus in the aisle and it didn’t look nice as the spyder

It's all G.I. or Kore Outdoors or whatever they're calling themselves now. All made at the same encapsulation plant in Montreal.
If you go to Empire's or G.I. Sportz's websites and click on the MSDS sheets for any of the paints, it lists all the brands they make. They all share MSDS sheets.

I bought a bag of that Spyder paint recently. For like $13? Opened up the box in the aisle and inspected the paint before buying. I was looking at buying the draxxus and opened a box of that too, it didn’t look as good.
someome was saying the spyder is rebranded gi 2/3 star
Emptied the bag in towel. not one broken or odd shaped ball, not too much oil either. It was a little tight in .684 bored it with a .688. Havent shot jet yet though
Actually surprised at the quality of this paint
also Walmart has cases for about $30 haven’t tried
that paint

I picked up a half case of the draxxus. Both bags inside were clean, balls were round, not a lot of oil. The shell is a woods ball camo type and it has a BRIGHT pink fill. I put a hopper through my Emek with it on a rotor and it shot straight as an arrow. I’m honestly suprised. I may pick up some more at it’s better quality than the field currently offers.

Makes me curious if any of the markers are still being made, or they just have worlds worth of inventory to burn through.

The Automag: Not as clumsy or random as an electro. An elegant marker for a more civilised age.

I picked up some Spyder paint in that exact same box, and that exact same pink fill, and the exact same shells about 5 years ago at a Kmart closing clearance. I paid like $7 per 500rnd box, and used it in the woods about 3 years later. Shot really nicely, and the fill is pretty thick. I hope they are bringing it back. I was surprised by it's quality. I only bought it because it was cheap and figured I could use it for testing and tuning.
