The 2022 Pittsburgh Open Classic makes me sad !!!

This is a well put together video, and shows some great action.....

.....BUT I'm quite sure I did not see a single Autococker being used by any of the players in the footage.

This makes me a bit sad.

Not to mention a lot of the guys playing are still aiming for higher ROF, and the ol' slider frame isn't the best for that.

....unless you are Cockertop (not sure if he is on here?) or superman

Check out either of their videos on youtube, they both make autococker slider frames sing !

But I agree with you, I can get my slider framed '95 RF going a lot faster than any of my tippmanns or spyders, but I cannot get even close to the speeds I have seen players shoot the Emeks, CVO's , etc

          True.

It is a little boring to see only one brand represented.

The real problem is nobody else makes a decent single trigger frame that can get a decent rate of fire. If numech ever releases their frames I imagine we will see some mags but as is there's not really a good single trigger frame that's easily available for the mags

There are "good" frames for the cockers but they are not fast enough

It is nice to see some different formats though. 10man hyperball with some mixed in earth bunkers. Super cool

I don't even know what they were using. Agree that it woulda been cool to see some cockers and mags out there tho.

The lower divisions seem to have more backblocks clackin'.

Since they first brought us the ICC I've wanted to play one of these classic tournaments. The mounds field looks insane.

The mounds field is interesting for sure. Definitely a head clipper, lol. But fun!

I still need to get a mech tourney (and first tourney ) under my belt ! Next year , for real this time, let's see what we can get cooking. If we cannot make a team, we could try to pick up with teams that need players.

Meleager7 I'm sad they dropped the 5 man from it. Now we have to find twice as many people.
        Working...
