When you're in California the choice is easy. It's any day besides those 2 weekends where it drizzles

I love fall when the leaves change and haven’t dropped yet and the crunchy crunchy don’t give good moves away. Crisp air just cold enough for that hard sell paint to to break nicely.
Winter is definitely fun as long as it’s not bitter cold and snow isn’t crazy deep. Light dusting moderate temps winter ball is definitely a good time.
Sometimes diving into a stinky mud puddle at the 50 to line up the perfect shot in the spring can be glorious as well but I hate being wet or playing in the rain. Foggy masks soaking wet cloths. Spring ball is definitely the time I get the dirtiest. That can be fun in its own way.
Blistering heat tho it just kills me. It zaps my energy for movement and I’m just not built for the heat. I get really bad cramps regardless of how much water I drink salt I intake or potassium I ingest. Dog days of summer for me are the worst. Especially if it’s humid. Not that I let any of that stop me. If I got a weekend off I want to be balling.

Used to rely on the fan in my JT X-Fire to cool me down in Africa, little life saver.
Favourite time to play in Africa was just as it started raining during a game.
Favourite time to play in Canada is fall. We couldn't get much of anything in real tree camouflage that I would see in Action Pursuit Games, playing in North American forests is a dream come true.

You guys get seasons?
Kidding, kidding. Here in America's scrotum, we have seasons too. Sort of. Heatstroke Season, and Not Quite Heatstroke Season. Oh, and maybe 7-10 days of autumn. Just not, you know, consecutively.
But like the rest of you, I love playing in September through November. Mostly because September is usually when the near-constant monsoons of August finally end. Seriously, my area did not have a day without at least some rain from late July until nearly Labor Day this year. The only drawback to fall ball is that hunting and college football tend to erode turnout at the field.
