For pumps, I like a very light pull with a positive break. Sometimes when I'm stalking in the woods and need to make a shot, my rifle shooting instincts kick in and I gently squeeze the trigger to take my one shot.

But for semi's, short, relatively light with a nice snap. My Automag with RT on/off is about perfect. I time my cockers to be that way. My old gmek was nice and snappy, as are my eNMEy's.

I'm impressed that you can get a snappy pull out of an eNMEy. My old first gen one had a fairly short pull, but always a little squishy, which I assumed was just inherent in the valve design.

I have a v1 and v2, and both have a nice trigger pull. I wish that there was a little bit of slack at the rear, but I deal with it. I rather the break be around halfway, the eNMEy's are all the way at the end. Takes me a game or two to get used to again.

But otherwise, great trigger pulls. I really enjoy those guns.

I started on a Sheridan Equalizer, which had a notoriously heavy trigger and I really don't have a preference. Every gun I pick up I think, "This is how this feels" and I adjust to it. The ONLY exception is the Empire Trracer which feels like it has an inch of air between the start of the pull and when the trigger starts putting pressure on the sear.

On my Autocockers- all sliders- I like a full-length pull with the sear release within the front third. Medium-strength sear spring and a light trigger return spring to allow a positive return. I haven't really messed with Automag triggers other than the standard single trigger, though I did get a chopped CF frame with a double trigger and we'll see how that goes. The only electros I have are my Shocker Sports/Turbos/4x4s, and I like Eclipse triggers with about twice as much travel as needed to reliably activate the switch. Plus, Eclipse triggers look bitchin'.

Yep. I would take a Benchmark Cocker frame over any other, but their Mag frames have always left something to be desired. My only complaint with the stock Mag frame is the lack of leverage with the single trigger. I think the chopped frame and double trigger will get me what I want.

Beware. I got a chopped CF frame with a double finger trigger just to try out. Had to adjust my trigger/sear rod to make it work, which took some tinkering, and even then it was sloppy as all hell. Ended up reverting to my original frame, but that required a lot of trial and error to get the sear rod back to the proper length to reliably reset. Those rods are adjusted to the appropriate length at the factory and Loctited into place for a reason. Once you break the Loctite and start screwing with it, you're opening a can of worms.

Might still be worth it to you, but just be aware that Automag trigger geometry is a more sensitive and finely tuned thing than it looks.

Noted. I've a set of calipers and will note the start position on the trigger rod.
