So we all know any day paint balling is better than a day working.
But as many know there’s just some days and things that just seem to click and it’s the perfect day. What is it for you that makes the day (Great paint, playing well, winning, camaraderie, laughs, equipment etc.)?
I know for me, some days I can’t hit the broadside of a barn and others it seems i do ever so slightly better lol. But winning and doing well ish never seem to stand out to me (maybe cause it rarely happens). To me though I t’s the memorable stories of the game the laughs the joy of the excitement. The surprising triumphs and the epic fails. The stuff you still recall decades later and still brings smiles when you tell them.
Playing my first game and being the last player remaining on my team and just the feeling of impending doom trying to fight off my attackers, Deciding to try and run for a flag capture and having to drop my gun to hold my damn pants up (fat guy problems). My first game back after major injury and realization that I can still enjoy this if just a bit more limited. Meeting great like minded folk who play honestly and just out to have fun. No egos and screaming. Just good old fashioned fun laughs camaraderie and stories.
So what say you? What makes your perfect day of paintball.
