I play seasonally. Like, there are seasons of my life when I want to play and thats when I play. Lately I've just been waiting for a couple regular games to happen. RIP SPEW 2020

Snow in February to pancake batter in July. Bring it. I’ll play hopper ball in the rain if it’s over 50 and I can reload under a roof.

I'm in the Pacific Northwest, playing in rain is pretty much a requirement to do anything outside

That said, I suppose I've become more of a seasonal player but really only because playing in the cold rain is really not fun and there are no good games in the winter months. Players at fields drop off in the winter so if I go, I'm playing with less people and in colder, wetter conditions

I get my gear set up for the next season more than anything

If it were snow that would be better, but 40 degrees and rain? Terrible

I am willing to play year round but due to some respiratory issues (part of one lung is "dead") I have to be careful in the cold and wet especially up here in New England. The other limiting factor is I have way too many hobbies in addition to my responsibilities so many times I am just too tired "to make the trip". When in South Carolina I did the lion share of my playing in th winter but backed way off in the summer.

            year round. No indoors.

Try to keep it under 90-95 or above 30 F. Just TRY to hit the better weather weekends. Doesn't always work out.

As much as I can. Don't mind a light Rocky Mountain shower, and have played in fresh snow or cold, but thunderstorms and snow that's been slowly melting is not fun. I think I've actually played more this year than I have in a really long time and will likely have a few more outings.

                Seasonal
indoor field would be private group only.
outdoor field in winter I tried it, it not for me. I hate winter blend.
i wear glasses so I just fogs and barely see my games.
                too much bounces.

And I will skip buying more paint if I am denied buying their summer paint if it’s above 5. Their last argument was that my gun would become a blender and that didn’t even happen.

I play in all year round in New England. If it's below 30 not many people tend to show up. I've got no problem playing when snow is on the ground. It can actually be a great time.

I've always wanted to play in the snow, but the best I've got is freezing rain or sleet. I'll play in any weather. The best days of play are the ones with the perfect weather or the most miserable weather!

I like playing year round in all types of conditions. Playing in the snow is one of my favorites. However, I do skip heavy thunderstorms, bad air quality index days or temps too far below freezing.

Year-round, weather (and knees) permitting. The fields here have been known to close for winter but the winters have been mild lately. If the field is open, then I'm open.

When I'm playing, I'll play in almost anything gear premiting. But I've taken a few extended breaks and swore I was done with it more then once but no matter how hard I try to stay away somehow I always end up back here. It doesn't help that my childhood best friends and team mates still play and kinda make it impossible to leave haha.

Cold rain is the absolute worst but I honestly don't mind any other weather.

I dont play in rain. I dont like my hair wet. And fogging up sucks.

Luckily the cave, being a cave, is open year round, so in normal times I take advantage of it.

How is that place I always wonder what it like to play in a cave. I assuming it’s the one I watched a YouTube video of. The entire thing is in a cave? Like the pro shop and everything. That’s got to be wild. Is everything just caked with paint?

Jaegers is a great field. Though they have outdoor fields (on top of the bluff) the majority of space is underground (multiple fields, pro shop, etc). It has a unique aroma due to all the old broken paint, and moisture, but that's part of the allure

Used to play year round when I was a “kid”.

I just got back into the sport after a 20 year hiatus.
My first game back was beginning of March 2020 played as much as I could this year and I’m headed out Dec. 5 for (probably) my last game of 2020...I think that counts as year round still.
