if I had to get in the business I wouldn't get into manufacturing. I would focus on having the best field possible.

1. PMEK - A pump action EMEK with the bolt retraction operated mechanically by the pump. An economical, open-bolt pump that can handle any type of paint, isn't a pneumatic-assist, and shoots like a modern gun.
2. Rat Stick - A mag-fed, bolt-action version of the above that takes single-stack mags of FSR's. A compact, lightweight, low pressure, reliable, economical version of the SAR-12 with all of the cosmetic mil-sim stripped off.
3. An insulated, sealed ball hauler with a holder for a desiccant pack built in.
4. A paintball manufacturing facility with a single production line that only makes two types of paintballs, both .689" with 100% virgin gelatin shells and pure PEG/TiO2/dye fill. One ball for low pressure guns that has "4 star" brittleness, and one for high pressure/magfed guns that's just strong enough to survive rougher magfed guns.
5. A field co-located with that paint factory with a couple speedball fields similar to Paintball FIT (turf w/ high quality lighting), a quality hyperball field, and large "scenario" field that can be broken into 3 sections, but has the option of connecting 2 or all 3 sections easily.
I think that #4 (Paintball factory) can only exist with #5 (Speedball field that can guarantee a high turnout). Recent attempts at high quality paintball production, specifically Rage and APX, seemed to die because they depended on fields choosing them over the mega-companies. That required them to compete with the wholesale prices offered by companies making oily starch-balls while building their own distribution network. I believe that a single, high-volume speedball field could support a single production line if the distribution cost could be deleted and the paint could be sold at a low retail cost instead of competing with the wholesale cost of current low-quality paint. Co-locating the two would allow for "double-dipping" on land/building costs and staff, since one of the problems with a field is that you're kinda idle during the week. Paint production gives hours to high quality employees that you want for making the weekends run well, but aren't going to take a job that only schedules them for 2.5 days a week.

1. I'd create the craziest vacuum ever.... it would be to vacuum up water, but it would also spit it out the other side so we could keep fields from being flooded and being a mess.... Wait? What's that Cheryl? There's already a thing that does that and they can cost less than a couple hundred dollars?!?!?!? Well WHY IS NO ONE USING IT?!?!?!?!
2. Also, I'd bring back the G6r, this time with a better ASA and Feedneck.
3. Jerseys like CK has that have splits up the sides so I can have the front over my podpack while the back is under it.
4. Headwear for bald people. Like cushioned, ventilated caps that won't make you overheat but will protect the dome from welts.
5. Horizontal/Diagonal podpacks so pods are more easily accessible in tight areas.
