There are a few things i wish Billy touched on.
What pressure does it shoot at and how does that compare to say the standard freeflow valve combo.
Is their a sound signature change?

Also while this does sound like a cool valve and I actually want to put one in my pump I love how Billy is going on about how it's all standard size o-rings then goes on to list on 90 durometer Buna a u cup and something he doesn't even give a size for because it's specific to dye
Credit where it's due it does sound like two of those can be replaced with basically anything that's the same size I just ate when companies do something like this because they say yeah you can get that o-ring from us but then in 3 years when they lose interest in manufacturing it everybody's up a Creek

I was taking notes during that section:
d90-011 oring cupseal
front is ucup seal 008, but can be replaced with a 008
111 bumper oring
rear oring is the proprietary 3 way oring for dye.

I will just post this here for some food for thought also. Looks similar to a morph valve.

It is a Dye product so I will let others test it out. They lost my trust a while ago. NT10 never Again…

My extremely finicky DLS says otherwise lol
-
As someone who's been *extremely* close to the DLS project since day one, it's not "extremely finicky." It suffered from a couple poor decisions made in the manufacturing and QC phases, which trickled down to suspect paint handling in a percentage of markers. The rear gate is also an issue. You'll be seeing a V2 bolt assembly released shortly that addresses the issues. In terms of spool valve markers and the shear ability to cycle under any condition, you won't do better than the DLS. No solenoid spool, only a couple dynamic seals and a ton of shift force = superb cycling reliability. The DLS also shares nothing with "old Dye."
