Dave has had a ton of issues with his palmers regs lately. He’s rebuilt it a few times I’m wondering if his rebuild kits he’s using are older. This could be a solution for both his regs spiking randomly through out the day. I wonder if the bunna is swelling due to CO2 use. (12g play) I bet these would be less likely to allow co2 to permeate the seals. I tagged him so hopefully he sees this tomorrow. Might explain why the issue comes and goes. Pressure spikes expands the seals if it sits degassed it will eventually leach out and operate normally.

Urethane is the BEST seal material for the piston oring. I've also run into problems when I use a 010-70d instead of a 90d for the reg seat oring, they seem to creep slowly with the softer oring.

Dose the PPS kit you have use black bunna. I bet that why you only see issues when using co2

Yes, except the piston seal. I reached out to docfire for pricing.

Cool I hope this solves your issue. Palmers are supposed to be the Go 2 for CO2

Good I'm glad someone has these. I rebuild my Micro Rock with a PPS kit and it keeps getting reg creep.
