I’ve never played with a duckslide. Think I’d be way more into the aesthetics and not care for the actual feel. Would probably pick one up regardless because I like Nova and am a sucker for all things Phantom.

RAZRBAKK I'm actually waiting on my original Duckslide to get anno'd so I'm really all set. I just like the Nova name and more of in shock that this is happening.

Interesting. That's the reason I don't want one.

just telling folks like how i was told.
i dont think theres going to be much changed/improvements. besides already being milled for direct feedtube/body attachment.
these were 3d scanned and measured off a body kit i sold to someone earlier last year.

i dont have any experience with the nova guys claiming folks ripped them off but if VKC or Steve Brett had a problem with these, i would let them know.

I mean, they had it on display at Fulda Gap so it's no secret.

This rubs me the wrong way. For a company that complains as much as he does about other people or companies stealing their designs, to take a product and reverse engineer it.

I sure do hope that who ever they were working with on this was someone that produced these kits, or there are Major improvements on the designs.

It’s a tricky kind of product to make. People want Duckslydes for sure but if they are cheap and common people will actually review them fairly so they have to not suck. It has to fit properly, not eff up the barrel, and not make the action worse. If it does that we probably ALL want one.

It’s machined so the feed directly mounts to the body. It won’t affect function.

From my understanding from the Ballers who organized this. The goal of these are to put these back into the players hands. Not put them on the walls of Collectors / Scalpers. They will be cheep enough to play around with modify and make fun builds with. I already got big plans for mine.

Yeah it’s a right off set. I plan on using a phantom center feed body that’s been detent modified. Some of the ASP body’s have clearance issues with duck slides. So that should solve that issue. My idea is to use the valve body, in grip bucket changer frame from the Dukie on the new Duck Slide kit with a nice all aluminum feed. I also have a Carter Lever slider frame I might machine a slot for the pump arm into and tap 2.0 valve body that’s sitting in the scrap bin (after I hog it out so it will get usable velocity) I guess I could side slot the body and Phuzzard mod the Phantom body like a Buzzard as well and keep the Carter frame unmodified. But I want to build a Sick Custom Duck.

Is your Dukie DSP a right offset?
