I would love to have a Carter's Commando challenge coin or some new patch and wanted to see if others were interested. I don't want to step on anyone's toes so if this is overstepping, mods please close this thread or delete it. However, if it's cool and we have enough interest, let's make something happen.

Depends on the size of the run and the materials, but I have seen the RPF (Replica Prop Forum) guys knock out coins for $10-$15 retail. I'll poke around and see where they are getting theirs done.

Hmmm....I do like patches.
All my coins have just sat in a box.(very seldom/never drink)
Here's a few coins that were handed to me a lifetime ago. For those that are still wondering, what the coins can look like.
The game token is for size reference.1 Photo

Personally there was several iterations of CC patches.
i bought many but rarely been on my stuff.
Having bought and sold runs of patches, to have something affordable there has to be a hundred. Having done 200 to get many colors have been long to sell. I have even do manufacturer patches with authorization and at the end just sold my remaining stock back to them.
coins can be good idea for players that actually plays at the same field. For me it not really useful. You could even have them made in 3D printing and there already a few mcb’s who got that.Dealer for: Roasted coffee and TechT products.

Weird.

Here on campus they love them. So much that the school has a few of it's own. You carry it with you because if you and your buddies go out, someone lays theirs down and you are the only one without it. You buy the next round.Originally posted by MAr "... Nish deleted it..."

In the military they are also used as a sign of respect and camaraderie without the drinking aspect. If someone not of your group (in my case Submarine) gives you his challenge coin it is paramount of them making you an honorary member of the group (Submarine). Challenge Coins were not real popular in my time on submarines it was really other branches/groups in the military that used them. For us it was a Zippo lighter with the boats emblem on it but the concept is the same.Last edited by Grendel; 07-20-2020, 02:45 PM.
