Cookie / Session expiration times

I've noticed over the past couple weeks my logged in session on the site doesn't seem to last as long as it used to.

Was this a deliberate change and if so, could we extend it out a week or two?

Maybe it's just me and my rig... I use Safari on a Mac and on an iPhone both mostly using latest OS'. iCloud privacy options turned on.

I stay logged in indefinitely, but using duck duck go as my browser. The page initially loads as not logged in. Then I simply click the MCB banner and it adds my theme, and logs me in.
