    www redirect

Not a bug per-se, but has caused me some nuisance on different browsers that the site does not always redirect to the 'www' version.

If you visit https://mcarterbrown.com the site comes up, but any subsequent action redirects to https://www.mcarterbrown.com

This has lead to some weirdness where the browser remembers the non-www version of the site (which I am not logged into) , and then visiting a link directs me to the 'www' version, upon which I am logged in.

Thanks. I'll take a look to see if this something in vbulletin or in the config files for the web server. Not sure at the moment.

Now this is strange. If you go into your address bar and delete the "www" you'll get this page without the current theme applied. At least that's I'm getting.

I think I'm using the default theme anyway, but that may be because you're getting logged out. When you delete the 'www' I would expect that your login also goes away. Though! Since you're under the hood, you may have used the site before www, and have a login cookie there anyway.

Edit: Is this Apache? I think the www force can go into the .htaccess

Yeah, it's Apache. I haven't logged into the back end and tinkered with any of the Apache files since we went live on the new server back in July. Carter and I have split up some of the config tasks over the past months. He did all the vbulletin config and I did most of the server stuff. I haven't poked around yet to see what's what. I thought the force https was already in there.
