Contact, when not logged in

There doesn't seem to be a way to contact anyone when you are having difficulty logging in.
Hitting the CONTACT button gets me a message saying you are not authorized to view this info.
Self-help method, entering my email info to reset a password, gets me a message saying invalid email address.
Didn't see a work around.

Will look into that tomorrow. Hopefully will have the email up and running tomorrow which will fix all those errors also.
