Roaster choice for specialty coffee is medium
if you like it dark the not specialty one can be good at that but does medium/medium dark fine too.

What are you guys waiting for. As a guy who has bought 50 dollar artisan coffee from high end roasters. Benoit is offering high grade specialty coffee at a supermarket price.

This morning I started my day with a cup of papa new guinea beans. They were strong, dark, and almost frothed up when ai hit them with the water. I assume he roasted them dark.


Second cup was ethopia. They taste like he did a medium roast, and you still get a hint of cherry in the drink. Very reminiscent of coffee Ive had from Onyx coffee labs.


Both are great examples of great coffee!

If you order more from me ask that I add a bag of Kohi - Mustofa from a local roaster wich is another coffee from Ethiopia that I do in latte and it’s notes is small fruits smoothie with maple.

The specialty grade is nice to enjoy deeper coffee. I still drink normal coffee but they surely don’t ‘wow’ me.

After that we are back in my regular coffee cost and while I have many many option I can choose from they come in 5pounds bag so I’d need to know wich way you want your coffee. If you want to stay in the light to medium zone or if you want darker coffee.

I’d like to try the Brazil honey at some point. I really enjoyed the Papa New Guinea and would buy more of that. BrickHaus gave me a bag of the organic Columbia and it is also very good.

I will take whatever as I like to try different coffees. You can put me down for 3 bags of whole bean. I’ll say roasters choice with my preference being medium to dark roast
