    DSG External Velocity Adjuster

    Hello MCB,

I had to make a new external velocity adjuster for my DSG, and i made a few extras.
Here is the build thread: DSG External Velocity Adjuster
Thanks to dukie for all the help and being OK with me posting those for the community.

So i have 4 spares (one have a deep machine mark and i don't feel good passing it to someone).
They will come with the back "cap" that's loose as i had to machine the back of the assembly and the "thumb handle".
The hole on the front where the pin fit is not enlarged so you can/will have to drill it to the exact size you need for your pin.

My cost came up to around $15 each, so lets put them at $25 shipped and PP in the US ($15+$10 shipping USPS priority mail)

Please note they have some machining marks in the outside (the entire gear box fit inside the DSG so you'll never see them) and i do not guarantee you will not have to do some light sanding/filing to make it fit to perfection, they fit my DSG, but i don't have anymore to test them onto.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I always cut the shaft down to about 1/8" to 3/16" protrusion so that it didn't catch on every piece of clothing. I also hit the top and bottom of the tube with a file so that it fit nicely in the slot. they have a taper so it wasn't much to fit it in the square slot.
