                  I love my brass inserts from JeeperCreeper I have one each for standard, XL and Nova. The standard saved my bacon last time I was out balls were rolling out every other insert.

                          Yup, just need the right length. That is why I have all 3 Standard, XL and Nova length because I am an idiot and I don't have just one type.

                            Yes they are Freak barrel compatible. 5" (standard) or 8"(XL)

                                                I have 2 of these and they are great, don't sleep on them. If only we could get a pwr insert at 670 or somethings at 673 to fill in the gap.
