Sydarm CA Adapter - Interest Thread

I have 14 of them in process. All the turning and threading are done. Now I need to bore them, drill the cross hole and maybe mill in some flats.

Hey guys guess who’s dyslexic ass wrote the wrong dimension on drawing and now has to rework 12 original parts…
Bad: News, 12 parts need to be dialed in and re-turned
Good: I made 12 new adapters (to the correct spec). 6 of them are drilled and tapped.

Summary:
10 parts need to be reworked at a later date.
8 parts need to drilled and tapped and moved to the mill
6 parts are ready to be milled!

The plan is to send 14 off for anno the week after next! The rest will stay raw.

The two guys who want raw, I will will message you later this week. I am waiting for some 113 orings to be delivered tuesday from McMaster.

Bad news guys. The USPS lost my package with all the CA adapters sent to the anodizer. 14 of them are gone. Little to no compensation for the work.

I am going to attempt to rework some of the original ones I messed up on but want to finish the Centerfire PGP bolts first. No idea when I will get back to this project.

I'm fighting with USPS on that. Insured to $300. But I need to "prove" they are worth that much.

Got some money back from USPS.

New problem emerged. I dropped my sydarm and dented the threaded portion on the upper tube. Now I have nothing to test the reworked CA adapters on. Anyone going to Supergame in MD and wanna let me borrow their sydarm or sydarm body for a bit?

New update: 8 are up and running. I am still working through the other reworks. I am probably going to send them all off to the annodizer except a few for those who specifically requested raw. If you are still interested, let me know.
