How far does the pin protrude out the back side?

Just the rounded tip. These are made to be as small as possible and still be removable.

Do you have an in with the delrin pin production? Helion had some legit pins that sold out a while ago (I tried finding the thread but can’t find it). Trying to find something longer to a full through pin held on by an oring on the back side. I’ll keep looking if I can find that for sale post to let you in

I make all of mine myself. Adding an o-ring wouldn't be hard at all if you're looking for a pre-2k compatible one with an o-ring on the tip side. I think it may cost like another buck so I can grab the o-ring.

    I’d be looking for a longer pin with o-ring for a 2k/2k+ autocoker. I’d buy a couple.

    I found the link to helion’s post…

Do these fit in the new Shocktech bolts? I've got a few old Silk pins that are practically the same design but made from the same composite as their bolts. I LOVE them but they don't fit in the new ST bolts.

Did you modified the pin with an oring groove?
What size oring have you used?

These are pre-2k/2k pins, so they work with any bolt really. They're o-ring grooved with I think an 004, but have to make sure on that. Those orings won't move on you. The pin itself is a bit longer, and these are still turned in the middle for a 2k style detent.
