I'm curious about whether the XL threads are far enough forward to clear a micro pump handle. On a Revolution, because my request must reach maximal inanity.

To phrase it a better way... how much of the barrel is 7/8" OD before it flares, on the standard and on the XL?

-Workin' as fast as I can. I literally have well over 300 barrels and backs on the floor, in various states of machining, and I spent a chunk of today cutting even more blanks.

Unfortunately, there's only one of me, and I gotta stop every now and then to hit the can or grab a slice of cold pizza.

-XL backs are the same length as the 'classic' backs. The insert simply goes deeper into the tip on the XL's.

I did look at an XL back that takes 'classic' tips, like the "Bull" barrels, and that actually can work for a Phantom, even with a standard pump grip, but when I asked, more people said they wanted the 5" backs.

And, considering that EV now sells XL "Phreaked" barrels off the shelf, I kinda thought that making one that takes a mismash of inserts and tips might be a bit redundant.

July '26 Update: I have a pile of both 5" and 8" Phantom Freak 2-Piece black-anno barrels on hand, in stock, and ready to fire your way!

I also still have a few of the "Micro" barrels left, and all prices remain the same: $55 each! (Unfortunately shipping has gone up to $8, not much I can do about that...)
