Mozak Machine "Revolve" Autococker Roller Trigger Plate and Sear Set

The “Revolve” 98+ Roller Trigger Plate and Roller Sear set with trigger spring, sear spring and sear pin.

The Trigger Plate is machined from 6061 aluminum and hard anodized black with two precision 3/16" Roller Bearings installed.

The Roller Sear is machined from hard S7 tool steel for maximum durability with a 1/4" Roller Bearing installed. The Revolve Trigger Plate is proprietary to this set as the sear has clearance cuts for the bearing. The plate itself will not work with other sears while the Revolve Roller Sear is fully universal—compatible with any standard 98+ Autococker trigger plate/frame.

I can let you know. The UL frame wasn’t the issue it was the dust finish on the trigger plates that made them feel like that. Of you swap the guts out or wet sand the contact points it fixes the feel 100%

truth, Ive polished the contact points for the set screws and it helped a ton, I just secretly wonder if i could make it better.. I have heard they did a run of black chrome plated that were awesome, let me know what you think, i'm definitely interested in your feedback
