Just back from the anodizers, and fresh off the laser, Trracer-Spacers are back in stock! And, even better, there's a new third option!
.681", .676" and now .670" for those of us with... shall we say, extreme shrinkage issues.
Supplies are kind of limited, so of course I'm giving you all first crack before I put 'em up in the stores. Same as last time, I'm asking $30 each, or $80 for a set of three. Shipping in the US is $8.
I'd prefer to sell full sets, but I did make a limited number of extra .670's for those of you that bought the first run.
And, interesting quirk so you're not surprised: A made these too accurately. Anodizing, as most of you know, adds about a thou of thickness. For a part as precise as these bores, I have to take that into account when making them. The upshot is, while the Spacers work, fit and function perfectly in every Trracer I have in stock, thanks to those few extra thousandths of an inch, they're pretty snug when you try to screw the Spacers together. Absolutely does not affect the function or performance, it's just a minor case of what machinists- the good ones, anyway - call "stacked tolerances".
Fir to the stock barrels and bodies is just fine, it's only when screwed to each other they're a bit snug.
