B2k4... comes as pictured, with stock ICD hpr and WGP hpr. Marker shoots great... gasses up, cycles, no leaks or problems.
I personally use a WGP hpr on all my ICD markers and just toss the icd regs. This way you have something decent you can trust.
The WGP reg was recently rebuilt as well. SOLD

Is it a pain to adjust the velocity with the WGP sledgehammers? Just cause you can't do it externally?

Yes, but with a straight macro fitting and small flathead it can be done a little easier. Or find one of them AKA adjuster caps that allows external adjustment

Good question, posted the solution I use with mine... not hard to do at all. (see below)

Not really hard at all, de-gas.... unscrew cap & make adjustment w/coin or flat screwdriver, screw cap back on. (like in pic)
Takes maybe 30 seconds or less.
