Cosmetic:
Blue dust finish with moderate signs of wear.

Functionality:
Powers and board actions solenoid fine, but wont fire properly for me. I'm not a great Impulse tech, did some basics/orings/etc. I did solder a fresh 9V connector on, old one corroded.

Damn, i had an impulse that looked exactly like that back in high school. I might have to snag it just for the nostalgia hit.
