Complete disclosure, it has been a couple of years since I've used either one. The 04 was working great and should be ready to go. The 03 I was in the middle of trying to set adjust the settings for and ran out of air before doing so and I know that I didn't get it firing yet. I know everything was working as it should at the time, I just didn't get set up before hand. The 03 will come with three prong disassembly tool and guage/adaptor.
04 Viking has a Tadao Musashi 5 board, eyes, Mitey-max, low pressure adjustment, sidewinder regulator, green accents and blue javelin barrel.
03 Viking has a Vapor works Pandora board, eyes, low pressure adjustment, sidewinder regulator, orange accents and black javelin barrel.
