If one happened to have a spare quest frame sitting in their box, are there enough parts for a second quest build (assuming I also have an asa and reg)?

The ASA for the red one is there, I just stole the frame for an AKA Ehm project. But yeah. I there's a stock silver bolt in the red one, I originally bought the red Quest for the Critical RSF bolt there.

Sorry, snagged it like 12 hours before your post. To be fair, my plan is to build up the red quest with a frame I have. If I decide to part out the critical bolt, I'll let you know.
