Bought this and couple of years ago. Swapped regulator and asa. Worked great have not tested stock ASA or regulator but have no reason to suspect they aren't in working order. Now includes minty fresh Energizer 9v battery. SOLD

You're right! I was thrown off by what appears to be a charging port. Battery changed out and now operational 😆
