The bad news.

• It eats regulator seats and I have run out of spares as well as air yet again.
• It leaks from the bottom of the solenoid which is usually an indication of a bad HPR seat
• Even rigged up with a CP reg at 200 PSI input, there is a solenoid leak (bottom hole)
• It may be just the HPR and LPR seats that need fresh seals but it could be a dead solenoid and thus a candidate for the LV solenoid conversion.
• It does fire but I did not want to risk damaging the solenoid if the reg seats were the issue.

That looks like an older pe or pmi tank reg. Have you verified it's output? Are the reg seats original pe spares? I've had great auccess punching them out of 90d buna sheet. I read a post from a couple years ago and the seats weren't lasting long then. If your rear rammer o-ring is shot it can leak out solenoid exhaust as it seeps by rammer. My money is on the seats being old and lpr pressure is whatever your hpr is set to, causing solenoid to vent.
