Bought a battle belt with mag holders from him, the belt had a decent rip in it and a few of the mag holders had damaged frames. He immediately refunded the whole purchase and told me to keep the items and that he was sorry and he was not aware of the damage. I sent about half of it back to him for the stuff I could still use. Stuff happens I understand.

He was very honest and I'd happily buy from him again. I'd rather deal with someone who is willing to admit a mistake over someone I know nothing about
