Does the eNMEy have the upgraded valve? That is obviously a first gen (I have one too, also an ex-rental). The original run of valves with all plastic bodies had some cracking issues, so GoG released a metal reinforced valve. I have seen it labeled both as the Mk2 valve and the HD valve. Second gen eNMEys come from the factory with them, but some of the early first gens needed a valve swap. It's easy to tell: when you separate the body from the grip frame and look at the bottom of the valve, the Mk2s have a metal faceplate around the hole where the trigger "rocket" engages. The faceplate looks like a flat metal washer with a pair of tabs sticking off and screws through the tabs.

I'm not sure. I pulled it apart to clean it but honestly, I didn't really look to see if was upgraded. I suspect it isn't but I'm not sure. If I have time tomorrow I will pull it apart and check. We're remodeling a kitchen right now so I don't know if I will be able to do it or not. If you want it, make and offer. I wasn't sure what to sell it for. I just know how much I paid for it and the amount of parts I added into it. I feel like it's a fair price if you want a Gog. It has the better reg which I know can be an issue on them as well. It just doesn't live up to my Emek for me by any means and isn't going to ever get used. I just wanted to see it go somewhere it will be appreciated.

I asked about the valve mostly for be benefit of any onlookers. I don't need another one since I already have a gen 1 eNMEy. Never actually played with it myself, oddly enough, but it sees a fair bit of use as a loaner/buddy gun. I just like the reassurance of having a reliable spare mech in the gear bag and it fills that role without adding as much weight as my Automag would.

Having seen how it performs for my friends, I certainly endorse the eNMEy as a lightweight and relatively inexpensive backup. Good entry level marker too. Our experiences with mine inspired my buddy and I to outfit his nephew with a gen 2 eNMEy when he decided to get into the sport. With that barrel, ASA, and ID reg, I think yours looks like a steal at your listed price if it has the upgraded valve, and is still a pretty good deal even if it doesn't.

One other comment for everyone's benefit before I forget to mention it:
A potential issue with the gen 1 eNMEy is that the hole for the rear grip frame screw is bored all the way through the body tube in the middle of the threads for the back cap. If you overtighten that screw you can unknowingly lock the back cap in place and potentially tear up the threads when you try to remove it without first removing the grip frame. The fix is simple, though. Just slip a 005 or similar sized o-ring over that screw to act as a washer/stop and it will prevent overtightening but still leave enough threads engaged to secure the body tube.
