Good internal condition, pretty good external condition. Matching serial number on the valve (never knew why people cared about that), and 4 stars left on there. Also comes with a J&J barrel.

There were a number of companies making that style of expansion chamber. All the pieces are ASA threaded and you can add on to them in order to make the chamber as big or as small as you'd like. Pro-Line was probably the most popular brand of these and they were called the "Pro-Span".
