Hey Chuck, I had a 10 plus year old account before the conversion. I'm trying to send KuteKev PM's but I can't tell if they're getting through. The notification reminder has popped up twice for me but when I click the notification button nothing comes up??

PM system is locked on newish accounts with low post count and/or account is less than 10 days old. Lots of scammers lately, it was getting really bad.

Your account looks old enough and you probably just need to make a few more posts.
