    1997 P&P Supercocker

Five or six years ago, I got this P&P 97 Supercocker as a body kid on ebay. Using Ravi's review, I built it up to as close to original spec as possible. After putting it together, it was placed in my local store's museum.

    P&P 97 Supercocker R/F
-original P&P potmetal frame (chrome is flaking)
    -Air America Unireg
    -c-clip 3way
    -Clippard ram
    -PPS rock with knob
    -BBT rat valve (version 1)
    -NOS ball detent
-no idea what the barrel is, it's heavy and rifled

There are some scratches but generally speaking it's in good condition. As mentioned, the chrome on the frame has a fair amount of flaking. But the rest of the chrome is in good shape. Gun is untested and will need to be timed and tuned. All parts were sold as in working condition but it has sat for several years. It will need a new timing rod. I should also mention that my camera makes the red look a bit more vibrant than it is in real life.

Price: GONE $500 shipped to the US, international shipping available at additional cost.

I assume drilled for lug adjustment hole, but is it IVG threaded or dialer only?

Had to double check on the dialer, it is not threaded for an IVG. It is drilled for lug adjustment though.

I think it might be a old Bob Long barrel.

I'm surprised the grip frame didn't come matching anodize. It's still a pretty marker

a lot of the 90's cocker tuner shops did not include aftermarket frames. instead they would polish and tap the stock wgp for adjustment screws and modify the sear and trigger plate. many times, they functioned better than the match anno frames that came on other guns.

They cannot match anodized the frame because it's made from pot metal instead of aluminum. They would only be plated.

Yeah I don't think P&P came out with their 45 frames unil a year or two after this one came out.

I think the barrel is a J&J, like like SS or but could be plated brass

Is the trigger plate or 3way original?

It is brass, the finish is chipped a bit on the tip.

As far as I am aware, the plate is original. The 3way is not.
