I list the items as paintball pieces. I never mention gun or marker or firearm.
Try labeling them as aluminum tubes and craft pieces. I've even sent a barrel before listed as a recorder.

Term I have used in the past that seem to work
Paintball marker, paintball marker spare parts, paintball body, paintball frame, aluminium tube, molded plastic part, machined aluminium parts. I try to be more specific in the description
