Empire Eflex for parts. It will need new lense, foam, chinstrap and small locking tabs. The strap also has some baconing and MAY need to be replaced.
Cosmetically there is some staining on the right ear and on the strap in the same area. The big lense retainers are also mismatched between Invert and Empire branding. The white plastic parts were pretty severely faded but I cleaned it up with hydrogen peroxide (you can see an example of the what it was like before in the last picture). There is still a bit of fading but it's barely visible.
