The stainless insert, what size is it? The image is too pixelated to tell even if I zoom in.

I'll take the xl back adapter ( assuming it makes OG freaks take XL inserts?)
And Ill take the .680 empire back.

Stainless steel inset should be .695.

The xl freak adapter does make the og back into the newer length XL freak.

Shipping is going to be 5.
