    14" Dye UL Phantom Barrels

    No Longer any barrels available

Okay, coming out of deep storage, I have four super rare NOS 14" Dye Ultralight Phantom Threaded Barrels 0.687 ID (not Freak ready) that were batch anodized by Mike's anodizer for CCI along with a bunch of Phantoms. These are NOS still in their tubes and currently unglued. I am thinning my collection of NOS stock and I only have gloss black Phantoms so figured I would start with offering these up to you Phantom lovers here on MCB. I am selling them unglued at what I feel is a fair and reasonable price to you all for two reasons 1) I need to make a mandrel jig for gluing them up and that will raise the cost from what I am listing if I have to do that and 2) Some of you may desire to have them Freak bored. I compared them to one of my CCI Freak Bored barrels and they appear to have the same thread depth and potentially enough meat to have bored but someone who does this would have to inspect them to make the determinations. So I figured boring might be easier to do before they are glued.

So I am looking to sell these for $125ea (+ shipping)
    • Green/Black - $125 (+shipping) SOLD
    • Yellow/Black- $125 (+shipping) SOLD
    • Red/Black- $125 (+shipping) TRADED
    • Black/Silver- $100 (+shipping) Keeping just bought a matching anodized VSC Phantom so not currently for sale

Love when Paintball Charleston did this run. Lots of cool phantoms were produced.

...and that is where they came from I've been a friend of PBC since its inception (was one of the original partners; all of us were (are) on the same paintball team SC Roadkill)

That was my stash spot for my collection. I got a few NOS Acid Wash Phantoms off the wall there. With matching UL barrels. Assuming that’s the last of them. These are my favorite barrel. Anyway I think I sold the yellow one for yah. Should get a pm soon from my buddy.

Let me know if the fact they are unglued is a barrier for you. I can and will make an assembly jig and do the gluing no problem just figured I would offer them up this way first before I get around to that. Once I build the jig I most likely will take this sales thread down, glue them up and put them back up as fully assembled.

I am also open to trades, things I will entertain:
    • Old School LAPCO markers (Grey Ghost, Grey Spirit, Spectre, Wrath...etc.)
    • Old School Wintec Frames
    • GripStyx Automag Frames
    • LAPCO/Wintec hardware/screws
    • LAPCO Phantom Barrels/Barrel Kits (in gloss black)
    • NOS Flextech/JT Slam packs (already have used ones want NOS)

Dye should have made some of their barrels in other threads in this style

Dye was the source of the raw barrels it was Paintball Charleston (PBC) that commissioned the work and coordinated with Mike Cassidy to do the anodizing. Since they are Glued technically you could have the Phantom threads parted and the back threaded to your desired marker threads. I know there will be people who think that is a horrible idea but better to do that then have them sit in a box on a shelf collecting dust.
