I have four 4500 carbonfiber tanks. All have lived their lives in tank covers and do not have any damage to the bottles. All are in hydro but the 45ci tank is on its final hydro and will be dead march of 2027. The only damage on any of the tanks is the guage on the 45ci tank, the glass is cracked but it still functions fine.
