I have one that's open too I like them but I generally use stacked mags and they don't work with those

Why do you say they be so good? I’ve been using an AK mag pouch but I’m curious if the CRBN is a big difference

I like being able to carry them like pods on my back. Lets me crawl around and be more mobile.
They have the right amount of tightness to hold mags but still be able to one-hand put them back.
