    Just a mishmash of small parts here. Prices do not include shipping - let me know where I'd be shipping to and I'll get you a total. In in NJ, so if you're on the other side of the Mississippi, a flat rate envelope is probably cheapest.

          Unfortunately not - it only has the cutout for an adjoining tube on one side.
