Ninja SL 77/4500 w/ ninja pro v2 reg + exalt cover = $80
(I'm just getting back into PB. I used this tank last week and it worked fine).
Exalt knee pads large = $35 shipped.
I have never seen one checked, heard of someone's tank getting checked, or had mine checked. Mine are all in hydro, but they have covers so only i know that.
Out of curiosity, I wonder how many tanks actually fail hydro? Is it 1 in 5 or something like 1-1000? Not suggesting someone should run a tank out of hydro by any means as the consequences could be catastrophic.
I actually just had a tank failure. Sent 4 in and one failed. They might have been a bit strict as there was a chip in the gel coat. I didn't think it went through to the carbon but they said it did so automatically failed.
No field I've been to checks but still better safe than sorry.
