Relic 2.0 - Project for someone...

Rainmaker's Emek thread reminded me that I still have one of the blanks left over from KPCS, which I used to build The Relic v1. Obligatory pic of course.

Now here's the thing. I had a plan for the second body. I was going to hand engrave/dremel out a new pattern, midblock it, stock class it, and pair it with one of the Meteor frames. This would be more Star Wars inspired (my other favorite series), and use either Aurebesh or Mandalorian characters to engrave words or runes on it. So still make it feel older/ancient, but with a different universe in mind. Like the Darksaber but... blaster. Darkblaster?

Sadly the machine shop opportunity I had out here dried up, and I haven't touched it in a few months. Since I was just able to grab the green/black acid wash phantom that will be my wall grail, I think its time to let this one go.

I would love to have someone with machining ability take a go at doing this themselves. I did all the work on the Relic with tools I got at harbor freight and mylittlemashinceshop.com. I have no technical knowledge, only some creativity. I really want to see someone else give this a shot.

Depending on what you want, the main things you would have to figure out is what type of feed do you want (SC or OC, if OC then you would need to get the feedneck tapped). Then which bolt pattern/length, and then basically if you want pump or something else. I'm excited to see what someone comes up with.

    Included in the package is...

    KPCS Body
    Meteor frame
    Misc springs
    Trigger shoe
    Empire feedneck stub out
    Sanchez Feedneck (not Empire compatible)
    2 valves
    Valve tool
    4 different length pump arms
Misc regulator parts, screws, Orings, Misc, etc
Maybe a surprise or 2 as well

SOLD to my good buddy SuperNova!

    Let the games begin.
