Redux is sold. Thank you, MCB!
Redux. Has a custom autococker threaded body and a barrel that was cut down to fit the Redux and bored for Carter inserts.
Comes with .681 and .679 Carter inserts and a Carter feed tube.
Looking for SOLD shipping and PayPal fees included.
Works excellent. No leaks. Barely used.
I'm open to trades, especially if you have a purple CCM T2F.
The Good:
This thing shoots extremely true. On one of the first times I took it to the field, I chose to play with the electronic walk-on players to get some adrenaline going. I gogged a guy and when he walked off, he yelled to the ref that I was shooting too fast.
It also has what I think is the nicest trigger I’ve ever pulled on a paintball marker. It is straight smooth, buttery perfection.
It also has a straight line of sight down the top of the marker, like a pistol, which makes it point very much like one and makes it extremely easy to aim without having to think about it.
The Bad:
You have to pay attention when you pump the marker, otherwise you may load two balls or even pinch a ball when you pump forward. It’s not that big a deal because it’s extremely easy to field strip and clean, but it takes me out of gameplay for a minute or so. The solution I’ve found is that before you pump, you have to rock the marker forward so all the balls roll forward in the feed tube, then rock back, so that the balls roll away from the chamber. One ball will sit on top of the chamber in the groove. Then you can pump. If you do this, you will never get a double feed or a pinch, but it takes some getting accustomed to. Once you get it down, though, everyone will fear you, especially if you wear an Aloha shirt while playing.
This marker is great, but I like Phantoms more. I have a habit of hoarding markers, but this one is too nice to keep locked up. Please give her a good home.
