What pump handle is that? I really like those smaller handles on the UC kits.

That's the original single rod cci undercocking kit, I think they don't make them anymore.

Question: would a cocker-threaded body fit be able to swap in there with no issues? Also how much wiggle does that pump handle have?

With that handle yes most cocker barrels would fit that style UC kit.
