Want to trade Phantom for brass

Undercocking kit is a CCI dual-rod, barrel is freak bored. The PBDNA JELO and CCI bucket changer may or may not be included depending on the offer.

I'd strongly prefer that the brass-thing already have wedge-its or some other detent mod.
