Unless I have lost my mind that does not look like a 99 STO. The 99 STOs were the black/blue/black face with a P-block in full size and black/red/black with P-Block in mini size. Pre 99 were the ,matted black bodies with the hotizontal lines across the bottom that had STO engraved as well. 2k were the ones that came in several colors but most famous for the "Cotton Candy blue/pink fade". Looks like STO pneumatics on this one so it may have been a WGP gun like a Orr signature series or aftermarket job. Admittedly, STO pre-99 was often used to refer to any VF autococker.

            Beautiful gun.....

In 1999, WGP made custom body kits (price at the time:$395). They were STO styled, but did not have p-blocks. Some had "V" milling, and some had "Shark Grooves". I suspect this is one of those.

            Here is a 99 STO........

Upon closer inspection this appears to be same milling that was on the 99 minicockers minus the p-block so I think that basically shows its a direct from WGP 99 body. I would find it odd for someone who was building on a custom body to buy all the chrome WGP pneumatics separate instead of going with an adjustable LPR, but not impossible. My guess is this was sold as a complete WGP gun maybe even as STO one off, but who knows.
