Old Nelson based pump with rain cover

I found my old buddy high school pump in the closet. It been there for over 20 years. It’s a Nelson based pump, I can’t remember which brand. It has a rain cover. My friend sprayed paint it years ago.

Based on the pump handle design of the frame and the type of pump arm screws it has definitely a Kingman Hammer
