Did the palmers 12gram cart regulator make a noticeable difference in performance on the ss?

I've owned one (a much older one) without the cart reg and used it a fair bit but I never had a chance to play with this one with the cart reg so I couldn't tell you for sure. Someone else on the forum might be able to answer your question though

I ran an SS with a CART a few years back. I did not notice an appreciable difference in performance vs. a standard 12g changer or bulk tank. It helped with velocity spikes in the summer months, but that was all I noticed.
